Mahamrutyunjaya homam is a Special homam/ Havan to offer prayers to Lord Rudra to ward off illness, fear of death, avoid unforeseen danger to life, give good health and long life. We use dhruva grass, a root called Sinjala which lives on air without soil and Trimadhuram which is made of milk, ghee and honey (also called amrutam) to perform this homam.There are many benefits of this great homam which we plan to perform on Sunday 31st July at 10 am.
